Ingredients
1 pound chicken patties
1/3 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon ground black pepper
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
Olive oil
4 large eggs
Timing
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 20min
Directions
Wash and chopped fresh parsley. Sprinkle each patty with salt, black pepper and chopped parsley on each side. Sauté patty in large oiled skillet on medium heat for3 min on each side.
Use separate oiled skillet to fry eggs.
Place fried egg on each cooked patty. Serve with fried potatoes or rice.
