Ingredients
4 pounds prime ribs
2 medium size onions chopped
10 cloves garlic chopped
2 table spoon parsley
1/2 table spoon dill
1/2 table spoon salt
2 table spoon sugar
4 bay leaves
1/2 tea spoon ground Allspice
1/2 tea spoon ground black pepper
1 cup white wine
1 cup duck sauce
1 cup saute mushrooms
Olive oil
Timing
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 100 min
Directions
Wash meat and place into olive oil greased pan. Sprinkle meat with salt, black pepper, parsley and dill. Add carrots, onion, garlic and white wine. Turn meat a few times in this marinate. Spread duck sauce and then mushrooms on top of meat. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 1hour 30min at 350°F.
You successfully could grill this prime ribs as usual.
Serve hot with baked potato topped with saute mushrooms
