Ingredients
6 slices fresh rye bread
1/2 cup sauté mushrooms
1/4 ponds of smoke sausage sliced
1 table spoon mayonnaise
1/4 pound fresh Mozzarella cheese
SAUTE MUSHROOMS:
16 OZ mushrooms
2 large onions chopped
1/3 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon black pepper

Directions
Spread mayonnaise thin on each slice of bread. Place slice of smoke sausage and then sauté mushrooms on each piece and top with slice of fresh Mozzarella. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Bake in preheated oven 10 min at 350°F
SAUTE MUSHROOMS:
Peel and wash mushrooms. Place mushrooms and chopped onions into oiled nonstick pan. Sauté for 20 min Serve hot or cold.
You can store sauté mushrooms in glass containers up to 10 days in refrigerator
