Ingredients
16 Oz fresh spinach chopped
8 Oz fried mushrooms (Recipe in Vegetable section)
3 medium sized carrots chopped
3 large onion saute in olive oil
1 table spoon fresh parsley
2 table spoon Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
1/2 table spoon salt
4 big potatoes chopped
3 bay leaves
5 whole Allspice
8-10 whole black pepper
1/3 table spoon Hungarian paprika
4 L water
Timing
Preparation time: 25 min
Cooking time: 30-35 min
Directions
Wash well spinach and chop. Saute onion in olive oil until is slightly golden. Chop carrots, potatoes Fill 5 litters pot with potatoes, carrots and 4 litters water. Bring to boil. Cook till potatoes half done. Add spices, prodravka, paprika, saute onion, mushrooms, and chopped spinach. Cook another 10 min.
Serve with sour cream.
