Ingredients
1 can pink salmon (Pillar Rock recommended)
3 medium size carrots peeled and chopped
4 medium size potatoes peeled and chopped
1 large onion peeled and chopped
6-8 whole all-spices
10 whole black peppers
3 bay leaves
2 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
1/2 table spoon fresh dill chopped
8 cloves fresh garlic chopped
4 quarter water
1 table spoon salt
2 table spoon Prodravka (VEGETTA recommended)
Sour cream –optional
Timing
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Directions
Place in 5 quarter saucepan potatoes, carrots and water. Bring to boil point, reduce heat and cook for 20 min on moderate heat. Add pink salmon, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, spices, prodravka, parsley and dill. Cook slowly 15 min. Serve hot with sour cream.
