2 cups cooked pepperina (Granoro recommended)
1 cup saute mushrooms
2 pounds fresh ground chicken
1 large onion chopped
8 cloves fresh garlic chopped
2 large carrots peeled and shredded
2 large tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped
1 orange pepper chopped
1 1/4 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon ground black pepper
1/3 table spoon ground ALL spice
2 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
1 table spoon fresh dill chopped

Preparation time 20 min
Directions
Saute ground chicken in oiled deep skillet for 10 min. Add onion, garlic, shredded carrots, tomatoes, salt, peppers and spices. Mix well with ground chicken right in the skillet and saute 20 min.
In large bowl mix well cooked pepperina and cooked ground chicken and mushrooms. Serve hot or cold
