Ingredients
3 bell peppers sliced
1 medium size onion sliced
1 head broccoli
2 medium size carrots
1/3 table spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon ground black pepper
2 table spoons Ranch veggie dip (T.Marzetti recommended)
Timing
Cooking time: 6 min
Directions
Wash all vegetables. Remove all steams from broccoli. In medium size bowl mix well all vegetables with salt and pepper. Place veggies in double boiler and steam for 6 min. Cool.
Serve with ranch veggie dip.
