Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/4 pound smoke bacon slices 1 -2 inches wide
1 medium size onion chopped
1/2 cup sauté mushrooms
1/2 table spoon fresh parsley
1/3 tea spoon Hungarian paprika
Olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Directions
Saute bacon in non stick pan for 3 min. Add onion, mushrooms and saute for 3more min. Beat in eggs one at the time. Sprinkle parsley and paprika on top. Serve immediately.
