Ingredients
20 large/ jumbo peeled deveined cooked shrimp
1 can sweet green peas
2 table spoon sweet butter
8 hot poached eggs
1 cup saute mushrooms
1 cup Shrimp sauce
Timing
Preparation time: 15 min
Directions
Heat together peas, shrimps and butter until hot. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Place shrimps and peas on the plate and top with poached egg. Cover with Shrimp sauce and top with saute mushrooms.
